I started Mollage Media in 2018 with a simple belief: attention is easy, but trust is what grows a brand. From day one I set out to build an agency that makes brand development feel clear, calm, and thoroughly professional—tailored to each client and measured against real outcomes. That approach has guided me through every engagement and shaped what Mollage is today.
How I Work—and Why
My practice is built on three habits: listen deeply, design clearly, and execute precisely. I begin by understanding the organization—its purpose, customers, constraints, and ambitions. From there I define the brand: positioning, messaging, and identity systems that hold up across channels. Finally, I translate strategy into action—content frameworks, campaigns, launch plans, and the operating rhythms that keep a brand consistent long after the kickoff.
I believe in founder-led storytelling because it turns attention into trust—and trust into business. But I also believe in teams and systems: the right specialists, clean documentation, and a steady process that clients can follow without feeling overwhelmed.
What Teki Taught (and How It Grew Mollage Media)
Teki is an online tech company with four strong pillars: Digital Skills Development, Marketing Services, Event Production, and Consultancy & Strategy. Working with Teki on brand development gave me a live laboratory for building brands that must perform across multiple touchpoints at once.
Because Teki operates in all four areas, my role was to build a cohesive brand architecture that stays true whether you’re launching a program, running a campaign, hosting an event, or advising an enterprise client. That experience expanded Mollage’s capacity to plan, document, and deliver brand development that’s not just beautiful—it’s workable.
What OTB Africa Reinforced
OTB Africa builds software solutions for businesses, governments, and NGOs. Partnering with OTB on brand development meant translating technical value into human outcomes—simply, accurately, and for multiple stakeholders at once.
