Fellowship Terms & Conditions

Participation in the Mollage Media Fellowship is subject to the following terms and conditions. Applicants are encouraged to review these carefully before submitting their applications.

Eligibility

The Mollage Media Fellowship is open to women interested in developing their careers in digital marketing, brand strategy, and digital media. Applicants may come from different educational or professional backgrounds, including individuals seeking to enter or transition into the marketing industry.

Applicants must demonstrate a genuine interest in learning, professional growth, and active participation throughout the duration of the program.

Selection Process

All applications will be reviewed by the Mollage Media team. The selection process may include an initial application review followed by a shortlisting stage and a potential interview or follow-up conversation with selected candidates.

Only one Fellow will be selected for the 2026 fellowship cohort.

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

Fellowship Duration

The fellowship runs for a period of three months. During this time, the selected Fellow will participate in structured learning activities, mentorship sessions, and selected project-based work designed to provide practical exposure to digital strategy and brand development.

Program Participation

The Fellow is expected to actively participate in scheduled sessions, mentorship discussions, and program-related activities. As the program is designed as a professional development opportunity, participants are expected to demonstrate commitment, reliability, and a willingness to learn.

Failure to maintain active participation or professional conduct may result in termination of the fellowship.

Hybrid Structure

The fellowship will follow a hybrid structure that may include a combination of remote participation and in-person sessions where applicable. Specific scheduling details will be communicated to the selected Fellow before the start of the program.

Stipend

The selected Fellow will receive a stipend during the fellowship period. The stipend is intended to support the Fellow during the learning experience and does not constitute a formal salary or employment contract.

Intellectual Property & Work Contribution

Any strategic work, campaign contributions, or materials developed during the fellowship as part of the program may remain the intellectual property of Mollage Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participants may be credited for their contributions where appropriate.

Certificate of Completion

Upon successful completion of the program, the Fellow will receive a formal certificate acknowledging participation in the Mollage Media Fellowship.

Employment Disclaimer

Participation in the fellowship does not guarantee employment with Mollage Media or any affiliated organization. The program is designed as a professional development and mentorship opportunity intended to support the Fellow’s broader career growth.

Program Modifications

Mollage Media reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the fellowship structure, schedule, or program content if necessary to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the learning experience.
